The house is newly built as part of the modern West Village project in Rissne, Sundbyberg.

By the way, both The Idrottsgränd House and The Rissne House are built within the same modern West Village project.

The ground floor has underfloor heating. Other parts have standard radiators. The house is heated with the Nibe heating system, which recycles heat from exhaust air, thereby reducing electricity consumption.

The house consists of three floors.

The third floor: 3 bedrooms, one of which has a WIC (Walk-In Closet), and a toilet/shower.

The second floor: 3 bedrooms and a toilet/shower with a washing machine and dryer.

The ground floor: One bedroom, living room, kitchen, a small storage space under the stairs, the heating unit, and hallway. The storage room is just outside the bedroom.
